You’ve Got to be Kitten Me; Brooklyn’s Getting A Cat Café Bleecker September 21, 2015 Daily Introducing The Cat’s Meow Coming to Brooklyn this past Saturday September 19th The Cat’s Meow, a kitty-centric Cat Café . Whether you are in the market for a new cat-panion or just love furry felines, this café should be you next BK stop. Don’t take a catnap on this Cat Café either, the Fort Green establishment will only be until October 24th. With public hours Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 11am – 5pm, and Friday 11am – 8pm, cat lovers can come in and cuddle with some cute adoptables. Sponsored by the Brooklyn Bridge Animal Welfare Coalition, Who’s Your Doggy, and WeRuVa Pet Food, ½ hour admission is $5 and children under 3 are free. You don’t have to be just another crazy cat lady to enjoy this café. There are many fun events planned throughout the month including; Author readings, movie nights, gallery shows, yoga, date nights and some talks on animals with local vets.
