Keybar East Village 432 E 13th St, New York, NY Known as a favorite amongst dive bars in NYC, their 4-10pm happy hour, with 2-for-1 specials surely is a crowd pleaser. As you can imagine, this place gets crowded, but with deals this good, it may be worth the push and shove to get a good drink. One you buy a drink, they’ll hand over a free drink voucher that can be redeemed at any time and any day. the ‘dam Manhattan Valley 998 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY This is definitely one of the best happy hours in New York City deals.
