This cozy restaurant and bar has multiple locations and specials that appeal to everyone and make it easily accessible. Duke’s Brings on the Bacon On my visit to Duke’s, with a few friends, I couldn’t get enough of the food! I had mac and cheese, Honey BBQ wings, and the southern fried chicken sliders which consists of bacon, chicken and jalapeño. Now you know you cant go wrong with anything that includes bacon – Bacon just makes it so much better. I also had the the chili rubbed quesadillas. I couldn’t stop eating, but lucky for me it was happy hour so everything was half off. How can this place get any better? Well let’s just move on to the drinks. Duke’s voodoo juice was delicious which is why it’s a favorite among so many patrons. It’s fruity so it’s like drinking juice but be careful because there’s enough alcohol in one drink to give you a crazy hangover. Already Planning Ahead I know for a fact the next time I go I’m definitely trying the macho nacho grande with all the fixing! Duke’s is located at 99 East 19th Street, NY, NY 10003 in case you want to drop by and enjoy the food, or just to chill at the bar. However, if you aren’t sure what they have on the menu or you’re in a rush you can check out the menu or place an order on their website http://dukesnyc.com. Some of the other Highlights at Duke’s are: BBQ Monday,s Taco Tuesdays, and Weekend Broozy Brunch. Try to make it between 4pm and 7pm, Monday to Friday, because all the appetizers and a few drinks are half off, that’s definitely a happy hour. I’m happy just thinking about it, I can’t wait to go back.
