With the temperatures continuously dropping this winter, I find myself hardly ever craving something cold. I instead find myself craving warm cups of coffee, or tea, all day long. However, when it comes to caffeine, I can barely handle any. The jitters drive me crazy and I can hardly stay still. I’ve found tea to be the absolute perfect alternative to coffee. Depending on the type of tea you choose, your cup may actually hold a lot of caffeine, or you can choose a caffeine free variety, which is any herbal tea. What I love most is the fact that they are making tea incredibly accessible to everyone. Plus, with so many different flavors, you can try a new tea in NYC every day and never get bored. With flavors like snicker doodle, that contains actual pieces of the cookie, and forever nuts, that contain actual almonds, you know it’s gotta be great.

They carry , with tons of varieties of each. They can also make any tea into a latte, giving it that extra creaminess I know your heart desires. Not sure what you’d like? Not to worry, because I’ve found all of their staff to be unbelievably friendly and helpful. They’ll ask you if you’re more into fruity, spicy, chocolate, etc., and bring out a few flavors for you to smell before committing. They also have great mugs, tea sets, and other gift options sold in every store.

My personal favorites include, pumpkin chai, chocolate chili chai, forever nuts, just to name a few. And my all time go-to tea in nyc order is the grand crew matcha. Described as “delicately smooth and velvety, with a refreshing green “tea leaf” character, its flavour is totally sublime” I know you’ll be happy with it.
