Il Trattoria Il Mullino – Offshoot of the famous original on West 3rd Street.  Place is modern and bright and great until it fills up.  Nothing to catch the sound with all t hat concrete so the sound is deafening when crowded.  Food is delicious from the stuffed calamari, eggplant parmesan, meatballs and probably one of the best chicken parmesan’s we have ever had.  It even photographs beautifully – The pizza is ok and probably fine if you bring some kids but I wouldn’t waste your time on that with all the other great options.  Their breadbasket is pretty good too.  If only we could get them to carry Tito’s Vodka at the bar then we might have been looking at a nearly perfect meal!

I see food - Everywhere. I eat, sleep, and drink up NYC as much as possible. It isn't always about what you see but how you see it - A brain that has seen the inside of the corporate world, the back rooms of the legal world, but prefers the comfort of a walk in cooler - Not everyone can appreciate the smell of a supermarket freezer.
